Our Civil Litigation department is committed to providing advice, assistance and representation to individuals, private and social landlords, businesses and companies wishing to take or defend proceedings in the Civil Courts.

The department is headed by Mandy Anfield a specialist litigator who has worked for many years in the local courts and who is well known for her work in connection with housing possession claims both in the public and private sector.
