At Williamsons we have one of only two recognised specialist clinical negligence departments in Hull, dedicated exclusively to patients who have suffered avoidable harm.

Our Mr Slow, the Head of Department, is a member of AvMA’s Panel of Specialist Clinical Negligence Solicitors. No other solicitor working in Hull, or the surrounding area, is recommended by AvMA. In addition, our Mr Gray is a member of the Law Society's Clinical Negligence Accreditation Scheme.

We are able to offer a free initial meeting and assessment of your claim, and can visit you at your home, hospital or anywhere you prefer. Don’t worry about the legal costs, if your claim is good enough we will find a way to pursue it for you.

In appropriate case we are able to offer Public Funding (Legal Aid) or a “No Win, No Fee” agreement.
