Gavin Button, assistant solicitor, deals particularly with disputes involving children, but also handles all divorce and resulting financial matters. He has represented clients around the country, giving him a deep well of experience from which to draw. Gavin believes that the strengths of the Family Law Department are that it is closely knit and has a general; policy of handling advocacy in-house, which means clients know who will be representing them. He is a member of the Law Society Family Panel, Law Society Children’s panel and has Higher Court Rights.
