Jane Longhorn is a Solicitor and head of the Residential Conveyancing department joining Williamsons in 2000 to complete her legal training, qualifying in 2003 and becoming a partner in 2005. She specialises in residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, leasehold matters, new builds and transfers of equity. She was involved in Williamsons’ preparations for Home Information Packs and considers the department to be in an excellent position to deal with them. “Our case management system ensures that all clients are provided with an efficient and quality service at competitive rates,” she says.
