Matthew Breakell joined the Defence Advocacy Department of Williamsons in May 2009 after completing his training at another Hull practice. In addition to his Defence Advocacy skills, Matthew is also involved in a number of Environmental initiatives and is therefore ideally placed to advise businesses on the impact of Environmental Regulation that could affect working practices and lead to prosecution. He has spoken at various seminars and conferences on regulation such as the Climate Change Act and Energy Act, and is a partner in the Humber Environment Network. Matthew has experience in high profile Fraud and Proceeds Of Crime (POCA) cases.
