Directors - Jane Cousins

Jane is a Director and Compliance Office for Legal Practice and has worked for us since 2000.

She specialises in both residential conveyancing (including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, leasehold matters, new builds and transfers of equity) and Wills and Probate (including Wills (care home and inheritance tax planning), putting houses into Trust, Personal Injury Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection matters and Administration of Estates).

Jane enjoys meeting new clients and welcoming back existing clients.  She always acts in the best interests of her clients and deals with matters in a speedy, efficient and cost effective manner. Jane regularly receives positive feedback for her understanding approach and quality service. Her aim is to make what can be a difficult process as simple and stress-free as possible.

In addition, Jane enjoys organising charitable events on behalf of local charities. She encourages employees, family and friends to join her in activities such as 30 mile walks across the Yorkshire Wolds.

Outside of Williamsons, Jane enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends. She enjoys keeping fit, as well as trips to the theatre.  A lot of her spare time is spent decorating and gardening.
