No Win - No Fee Explained In the rare event that we do not succeed with a claim, then there will be no costs to you. In the case of a successful claim, we recover our costs from the Defendant’s insurance company. We therefore recommend that before you place instructions with any other Solicitors, you should check under what circumstances you could be expected to contribute towards your legal costs. Although most Solicitors do not charge if a claim is unsuccessful, in many cases if a claim is successful, some damages are retained in part payment of legal costs. Because we strongly believe that you should receive every penny of compensation to which you are entitled, we agree in writing at the onset of your claim that you will receive 100% of your compensation settlement without deduction. By instructing Williamsons directly, you also avoid dealing with Claims Management Companies, many of which may involve you entering into arrangements whereby large chunks of your compensation is deducted to meet administration costs or in taking out very expensive and unnecessary insurance policies and loans. We are happy to fully discuss our No Win – No Fee Agreement at the onset of your claim.
