Sarah Clubley is a Solicitor, head of the Family and Child Care Department and a director of the company. Sarah joined Williamsons in 2001. Sarah is an experienced childcare and divorce lawyer who has received significant professional recognition. Through gaining higher rights of audience in the courts, she has the same rights as barristers to present cases in the High Court, the Court of Appeal and the House of Lords.

Sarah is also a member of the Law Society Family Law Panel and the Law Society Advanced Law Panel while, as a member of the Law Society Children’s Panel she has a specialist certificate to represent children.

She has also become president of the Hull Incorporated Law Society (HILS), a position she will hold until 2012.
