Gemma Foster
Gemma is a solicitor in the Family and Childcare department specialising in cases concerning domestic abuse.
She deals with urgent applications for injunctive relief which are required under Part IV of the Family Law Act. Gemma’s experience in Children Act proceedings has given her great success in contact and resident disputes. Her speciality is emergency proceedings preventing the removal of a child from a person or jurisdiction or to obtain the urgent return of a child.
Gemma has a love and passion for dance, music and the theatre. A former ballerina, Gemma is a previous member of the Royal Ballet School and has performed at the Drury Lane theatre in London and the York Opera House.
