Verruca v Diabetic Ulcer

11 September 2018

Blog, Clinical Negligence

During 2014 and 2015, Mr CM was wrongly diagnosed as having a verruca on his foot when in fact it was a diabetic ulcer.

On account of the delay in the proper diagnosis of his problem, he had to have a more serious operation, which very much restricted his mobility and caused him to be off work for some months.

Mr CM states:

negligence claim solicitorI was pleased to instruct Williamsons Solicitors who secured damages for me on account of clinical negligence, running into thousands of pounds.

In particular, I was recommended to use Williamsons Solicitors and pleased that I was.  Overall, I was very happy with the service provided and what impressed me the most was that I was kept up to date with everything as the claim went along.

I couldn’t think of anything that could have improved this service and I would certainly use Williamsons Solicitors again if I need legal help.

Thank you to Simon Ramshaw and Katy Evans and the whole team at Williamsons for their help in obtaining such a satisfactory result.
