Williamsons are supporting Dove House Hospice

This year Williamsons are supporting Dove House Hospice and will be holding several small events over the coming months culminating with a firm-wide ‘Wine Dash’ walk in July, all to raise money for this worthy cause.

What is Dove House?

Dove House is a hospice that can provide specialist care to anyone over the age of 18 years old who has a diagnosis of a non-curable life limiting illness. End of life care is only a small part of the work Dove House does as they also offer support to families and have a Day Therapy Unit where patients can visit to benefit from therapies and support tailored to their individual needs.

What have we done so far?

In March we held an Easter Raffle for a giant chocolate egg, which was won by Rebecca Bisby in our Wills and Probate department. We raised a grand total of £100! This was closely followed by a further Easter Egg raffle and lucky dip sale in April.
