Our client tripped in a pot hole and as a consequence sustained serious injuries – awarded £31,000 in compensation

Mrs. H was injured when she tripped in a pot hole on a pavement. As a result of the accident she sustained injury to her knee and wrist and a cut to her nose which left her with serious scarring.

The Defendant admitted liability for her accident and awarded her £13,000 for her injuries. As part of her claim Mrs H received a consultation with a cosmetic camouflage consultant who provide her with advice and techniques to help her reduce the effect of the scarring, Mrs H was also awarded over £18,000 to help with the future cost of the specialist make-up she will require as a result of her injuries.
