Mr B slipped in a bath whilst taking a shower at a popular hotel due to there being no bath mat or any slip resistant surface, fracturing his ankle and having to undergo surgey. The hotel denied any responsibility for the accident but with the help of Williamsons experienced personal injury team, Mr B received over £9000 in compensation for his injuries.
