Mandy is the head of the Civil Law department at Williamsons Solicitors, renowned for giving sound practical advice to her clients, she is personable and approachable and works diligently to resolve disputes for her clients with a particular eye on costs.
Mandy is experienced in dealing with disputes relating to Wills and Estates. Her work covers claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975, challenging the validity of Wills, resolving disputes between executors and beneficiaries inclusing statutory Wills and work in the Court of Protection.
Also dealt with are all manner of disputes relating to residential tenancies and is renowned for giving sound, practical advice to landlords on repossessions, evictions, disrepair claims and other tenancy disputes.
Her work also covers a whole range of other topics including those between co-owners of property, land issues such as boundary, access and right of way disputes and restrictive covenants.
Outside of working at Williamsons, Mandy enjoys travelling, spending time gardening, going to the theatre and time spent with her family.
