CHARTERED LEGAL EXECUTIVE
CLIEX DIPLOMA IN LAW AND PRACTICE
POLICE STATION ACCREDITATION
Emma has worked in law since 1997 and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2011. She chose this route as she was keen to gain practical experience at the same time as studying rather than completing a traditional law degree.
She is an Accredited Police Station Representative and has represented clients at the Police Station for a wide range of offences from low value Shop Thefts to Serious Assaults, Kidnap, Armed Robbery and Firearms offences. Emma has experience of preparing cases for the Crown Court including a number of Murder cases and high value and complex Frauds.
Emma is now working towards becoming a Chartered Legal Executive Advocate so she can represent clients in the Magistrates Court as well as at the Police Station.
In her spare time, Emma enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.W
