Frances is an Immigration Solicitor with more than 15 years of experience of working alongside businesses and supporting individuals in making sense of a ‘labyrinthine’ maze of Immigration law and policy.
Frances can assist in the vast range of immigration cases, from Points Based System sponsor licence applications to complex partner visa appeals. Her work spans application to appeal, and also some Judicial Review work. Frances is sometimes called to local courts, including the family courts to give evidence on the immigration status of a party to the proceedings.
Frances enjoys the challenge of becoming familiar with new law and successive governments always wishing to put their own stamp on migration often deliver just this. Mostly, however, Frances strives to obtain a great result for the client: Whether that’s to reunite them with a family member; or allow them to legally employ someone who is a great asset to their team.
Frances also has a specialism in making applications for Declarations of Presumed Death and has in the past been requested by Hull Combined Court Centre to assist members of the public in this type of application.
Should you wish to seek advice or representation with regard to anything pertaining to Nationality, Immigration, EEA or Asylum law, please do enquire via our contact details as above.
Outside of her working life, Frances enjoys cooking, running and spending time with family.
