Wills and Probate - Diane Ramsden

Diane is an experienced Legal Assistant in the Wills and Probate department.

Earlier in 2014, Diane returned to the firm where she started her legal career, after 18 years at her previous practice. She has specialised in Wills and Probate for the last 10 years and has built up a wealth of knowledge and experience in Wills and Probate specialism including making Wills, Will disputes, Probate, Power of Attorney, Court of Protection, and Estates Administration.

Diane finds her role most rewarding in helping clients in a time of need, and finds it incredibly fulfilling that she can ensure that someone’s estate has been settled exactly according to their wishes.

Diane enjoys spending her free time with her family and getting out and about on her motorbike.
