We deal with all aspects of European immigration into the UK.
We can assist with: Europeans who are already here in the UK; family members relying on these people; and even assist in ‘Surinder Singh’ applications (where someone who is British has exercised their treaty rights and gone to live in another European country and then wishes to return to the UK with a non-European partner or child).
There is so much change happening in European immigration at the moment, and so this page will be continuously updated with news in relation to what Europeans are required to do next.
For now, until the end of 2020, however, there is no real change. At the end of 2020, free movement will cease in the UK. Any European or non-European relying on European rights, who is already in the UK, must then apply by the end of June 2021. We would encourage any Europeans who are in the UK already to apply for Pre-settled or Settled status, if they have not done so already. There are also some benefits of applying under the old system, for Permanent Residence, for some. This especially applies to you if you are applying for settled status and wish to apply for British Citizenship as soon as possible. So please enquire with us if you have questions about this or any other aspect of your stay in the UK.
We deal with applications regarding:
- Pre-settled status;
- Settled Status;
- Permanent Residence; and
- Advice on whether it is beneficial to you to apply for British Citizenship or not;
Appeals of all of the above.W
