Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Experienced Fee Earner

Due to continued growth Williamsons have an opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor (ideally with 1-5 years PQE, but candidates who consider they meet the other criteria are encouraged to apply) or Experienced Fee Earner.

The successful candidate will have experience of assisting/running a variety of different tasks in respect of higher value multitrack claims, along with the ability to learn and develop new skills quickly. A proactive approach and an ability to plan effectively are required. Along with the skills to analyse, identify and solve issues. With the right attitude and a willingness to develop these attributes, the individual will receive an exciting opportunity to learn and develop further to achieve their full potential.

The post is as either full-time or part-time, working hours are 8:45am – 5:00pm with one hour and fifteen minute lunch break.

The Person

Previous experience in clinical negligence work preferable, or other similar experience

Able to work efficiently & effectively under pressure

Possess a calm and empathetic manner

Excellent clear and precise communication skills

Good business development ideas and experience

High volume of good quality self-generated work
