Monika Bone and Martina Baloch join our Probate department. They are both originally from the Czech Republic and between them can speak a variety of languages. Monika is based at our Hull office and Martina at our Driffield office.

Martina Baloch qualified as a Solicitor in 2009 and started working in Family law. She then gained experience drafting Wills, administering estates and working with powers of attorney. Martina provides consultations to law firms in Prague and advising parties who are either English based but originate from another EU country or are living outside of England and Wales but have a connection in the UK.

Monika Bone has joined us from a background of working in Private client departments at a regional firm in East Yorkshire and a national firm in Leeds. Monika has been dealing with all aspects of private client work advising a wide range of clients including high net worth individuals, after completing her training contract at a Law firm in Huddersfield.

Jane Cousins, head of the Will and Probate department says:

I’d like to welcome Martina and Monika. Both women bring a wealth of experience and expertise which can only strengthen our teams in Driffield and Hull.

Bill Waddington, one of the Directors of Williamsons, said:

We’re very pleased to welcome Martina and Monika to our wills and probate team.

Their appointments are part of a sustained period of growth for Williamsons, following the opening of our new offices in Beverley and Driffield. They demonstrate our commitment to providing our clients in Hull and the East Riding with the best possible legal representation.
