Sarah Clubley has been awarded a High Sheriff Award by Susan Stephenson, the High Sheriff of East Riding of Yorkshire Council in 2019/20.
Sarah received the award for her distinguished contribution to the East Riding of Yorkshire as a result of her services to the Shrievalty.
Sarah stood as Under Sheriff for the county between 2014 and 2020. During her tenure, Sarah has assisted former High Sheriffs Gail Mettyear, Jim Dick, Gill Drury, Thomas Martin, Andrew Horncastle and Susan Stephenson.
The job involves helping the high Sheriff with their duties in their year of office and includes arranging the Declaration Ceremony, helping with the coordination of the annual Legal Services, assisting with the annual High Sheriff Awards Ceremony, and all other duties and responsibilities to help the High Sheriff in their year of office.
The ceremony took place at All Saints Church, North Cave in October 2022.
