Tim Slow is reaccredited to the Action against Medical Accidents (AvMA) panel

One of our Senior Solicitor’s and Head of the Clinical Negligence department here at Williamsons has been reaccredited to the Action against Medical Accidents (AvMA) panel.

Tim Slow is a member of AvMA’s panel of specialist clinical negligence lawyers. Panel members have to pass a rigorous selection process and then have to apply for reaccreditation every five years, which Tim has achieved!

AvMA is the charity for patient safety and justice and is a respected and recognised accreditation for Clinical Negligence Solicitors in the UK.

For the last 33 years Tim has acted exclusively for injured individuals and for the last 20 years his work has been exclusively involved in helping those injured as a result of medical mistakes and accidents.

Tim has secured compensation for thousands of victims of medical/clinical accidents, ranging from low value claims to claims involving catastrophic consequences, not only for the victims but also their families, with settlements ranging from £2,000 to as much as £5,000,000 plus.

Tim derives a great deal of job satisfaction from securing significant awards for damages for severely injured individuals. He enables the individual and their family who are often the people who are left to pick up the pieces of a negligent doctor or nurse’s incompetence, to enjoy a better quality of life.

Well done Tim!
