Williamsons does Devils Kitchen!

Devils Kitchen is a recipe of team building, corporate entertaining and charitable giving.

The aim of the game is to challenge another company in the area to face off in your own Devils Kitchen. It is made up of a team of eight employees from each company, with half for the kitchen, half for front of house. The challenge is to prepare, cook and deliver a meal for 80 guests and be scored at the end, resulting in the winner!

On 23rd July 2015, 8 members of Williamsons Solicitors took part, working hard as a team to prepare, cook and deliver a three course meal to the evening’s guests at the Holiday Inn Hotel at Hull Marina.  They were competing against opposing team Santander. Our ladies all worked extremely hard and although our team lost out by one point, they did amazingly well and really pulled out all the stops to ensure everybody had a great evening.

Our team hosted a Vegas theme for the night, with Vegas cupcakes home made by one of our talented members of staff and perfectly decorated tables, all set up by our fantastic team. There was also a photo booth for everybody enjoy together, as well as live singing from the incredible voices of Tre Amici.

Working with the Smile Foundation, with match funding from Santander, a total of almost £5000 was raised on the evening.
