We have held an Easter raffle, bake sale and “Make a Will” week. The culmination of this fundraising was a challenge walk on 20th July, with employees from Williamsons, along with their friends and family all taking part.
Most of our staff opted for a gruelling 15 mile route which started at the Little Wold Vineyard in South Cave and wound its way through Weedley Dale, Newbald, Hotham, North Cave and Everthorpe before and ascending the final steep hills back to South Cave (who knew they were there!). The rain held off for most of the walk, but there were plenty of sore feet the following day.
Dove House Hospice could not operate – and provide its wonderful free services to the public – without community support. Donations are therefore vital to maintaining their services and so Williamsons Solicitors would like to thank everyone who has taken the time to get sponsorship and made donations.
If you still wish to support Dove House and contribute to our fundraising, please visit https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/williamsons-solicitors before 9th August 2019.
