How much you get depends on when the fee was paid and vary from £34-£54. If you paid the reduced fee you will get half the refund.
A donor or their attorney can make the claim and an Executor or Administrator can make a claim on behalf of someone who has died.
It takes up to 12 weeks to process and approve your claim and payment is made direct to your bank account. If your claim is rejected, you can appeal the decision.
