Chair Agreement

This is a form of licence to occupy, which permits the non-exclusive occupation of a hairdresser’s or beautician’s chair in a salon.

Once again, we strongly recommend that the parties seek legal advice before entering into any form of agreement so that each party is clear on the nature of the agreement and their rights and responsibilities under it.
