Conveyancing - Samantha Pollard

Samantha qualified as a solicitor in 2021 after completing her training contract with Williamsons. She studied Law at both Lincoln and Hull University. She studied and completed her Legal Practice Course at BPP Law Leeds in 2020.

Samantha joined Williamsons in 2016 as cover for maternity leave within the Probate department and progressed to a Conveyancing secretary thereafter.

Samantha specialises in both residential Conveyancing and also Commercial Property. She covers a full range of commercial property transactions to include purchase and disposal work in respect of both vacant and tenanted commercial properties and also commercial landlord and tenant work.

Samantha prides herself on her friendly and approachable manner and aims to make what is a worrying time for clients as stress-free as possible.

Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spending time with her friends and family, walking the dogs, watching live music and travelling.
