Wills and Probate - Beth Cox

Beth joined Williamsons in 2014 as a legal secretary in the Wills & Probate Department and after successfully completing her CILEX Level 3 Certificate in Law and Practice (Probate Practice) progressed to the role of Paralegal in 2020.

Beth has a lot of experience in dealing with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection Applications, extracting Grants of Probate and dealing with administration of estates.

Beth likes to offer a friendly service and make clients feel comfortable and at ease and ensures that she deals with often upsetting difficult matters sensitively and empathetically.

Outside of Williamsons, Beth enjoys spending time with her husband and son, including going camping and holidays abroad.
