Beth started at Williamsons in 2014 as a Legal Secretary and then from 2015 proactively assisted in the running and progression of all types of matter in the Private Client Department. Beth than advanced to the role of Paralegal in 2020 after successfully completing her CILEX Level 3 Certificate in Law and Practice (Probate Practice) where she then began to manage and run her own matters
Beth has a lot of experience in dealing with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection Applications, extracting Grants of Probate and dealing with administration of estates. Beth likes to offer a friendly service and make clients feel comfortable and at ease and ensures that she deals with often upsetting difficult matters sensitively and empathetically. Outside of Williamsons, Beth enjoys spending time with her husband and son, including going camping and holidays abroad.
